Global Visas has built a business on making visa application an easy and stress-free process for our customers. Because our business relies so heavily on happy clients, we take any complaints very seriously.

Of the thousands of clients we help with immigration each year, we are proud to have recorded a miniscule 0.02 per cent complaint rate.

While this is an excellent success rate for a large international company, our commitment to quality means we will strive to learn from this small percentage of customers and continue to build on our existing high quality of service.

At the completion of our service, every Global Visas customer is asked to complete a feedback questionnaire. Importantly, 96 per cent of our customers report that they would use our service again or recommend us to others.
